We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we're here to help you get your order correct.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We offer returns on all full priced items* for a refund or store credit returned back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
The item/s must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged in original packaging with the hygiene liner still attached, all original tags and garment bags.
Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we can legally refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEM ORDERS -
Items marked "Sale" or purchased with a discount code during a sale period are not eligible for Returns. Final Sale.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
- To initiate a return, simply download the returns form here and include in your returning parcel.
Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as we will not accept any items returned worn or damaged in any way.
Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. We will not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned.
Once we receive your return, we will email you to confirm your refund or store credit that will be in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide with no expiry date.
US & CANADA RETURNS:
We suggest using your local post service such as USPS or Canada Post.
For our US customers, we suggest using the first class international service with USPS which take 10-20 business days to arrive back to us and costs roughly $18USD.
This return shipping method is a suggestion only and you may use any other preferred method of your choice. If you choose to use your own shipping method we recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. We will not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned.
RETURNS FEES AND PENALTIES
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or store credit on items that have been worn, stained/soiled, laundered or altered in any way. This includes such marks as bodily fluids, deodorant stains & removed/tampered with liners.
- In the occurrence of garments returned within these conditions we will void your refund/store credit. Returning of garment back to the customer will incur a return shipping cost to be paid by the customer.
- If garment bags are not returned there is a $10 fee deducted from your store credit/refund. If you order 2 or more items and it comes in 1 bag and you return 1 you may keep the garment bag.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AND EXCHANGE IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you want a different size or colour, or you want a different item, you'll need to place a new order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. We try our best to reply with your returns within 24-48 hours.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged item, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately with a photo so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual happy outcome.
Faulty items need to be returned back within 7 days of receiving.
Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted.
**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced**
If you choose to return an AfterPay order that is full priced, you will receive a full refund via Afterpay. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
PAYPAL HAS YOUR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS COVERED
If you pay for your entire order with your Paypal account, Paypal can refund your return shipping costs on eligible Paypal purchases.
Australian Paypal accounts can activate Refunded returns by clicking here.
Get refunded for your return shipping costs by:
1. Logging in to your Paypal account and activate Refunded Returns.
2. Submit a request with proof of return within 30 days of return via Paypal.
*Up to 8 refunds per PayPal account on eligible purchases per year. A cap of $45 per refund request applies. This service is only eligible to customers who pay with their PayPal account and activate their free returns before purchasing.
