We are Indonesian based so all times noted below are GMT+8.

Please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/Confirmation of order shipment (During non sale periods)

Any orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.

We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalising order.

Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, Miesis Swimwear cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. If you are experiencing any of these issues, please contact the courier directly.

We offer Shipping Protection at checkout for $1.99. This will cover all parcel loss, damage, and theft. If you decide not to purchase Shipping Protection at the checkout, We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Read the T&C's here.

SALE PERIODS DISPATCH TIMES

• Please allow between 2-3 business days for your order to be processed due to high order volumes.
• Due to high volumes of orders/emails during sale periods- if wrong items are ordered during sale periods we can not take responsibility for changing the order before pick up of shipment.
• Once a sale order is placed we can not add or remove items to or from the current placed order. A new order will have to be placed for additional items & items not wanted will have to be returned.

PRE ORDER ITEMS:

If you purchase other NON PRE ORDER items in the same order as a pre order item, we will hold your entire order back until the pre order item arrives before dispatching. If you would like to order PRE ORDER and NON PRE ORDER items we recommend you do this in separate transactions so you can get all your items as soon as they are available.

International Tax & Duty Information

Australia

No taxes or duties apply to domestic orders within Australia.

United States

All duties and taxes are included for orders shipped to the USA. You may still be asked by the courier to provide customs-related details to complete delivery, but no additional tariff payments will be required.

New Zealand

Orders over 400 NZD: Subject to import taxes and duties.
Orders under 400 NZD: No taxes or duties apply.

United Kingdom

Orders over 135 GBP: Subject to import taxes, duties, and Value Added Tax (VAT).
Orders under 135 GBP: No taxes or duties, though VAT still applies.

Canada

Orders over 20 CAD: Subject to import taxes (5–13%) and duties (up to 18%).
Orders under 20 CAD: Exempt from taxes and duties.

European Union

Orders over 150 EUR: Subject to import taxes, duties, and VAT.
Orders under 150 EUR: No taxes or duties, though VAT still applies.

United Arab Emirates

Orders are subject to a 5% import duty, and a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) is also applied on imported goods, calculated based on the customs value plus the import duty.

If your country is not listed above or you’re unsure about local import regulations, we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied by the destination country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid in order for the shipment to be released.

If the recipient refuses to pay the required duties and taxes, the shipment may be returned to us or abandoned by customs. In such cases:

Any return shipping fees, duties, taxes, or related charges billed to us by the courier will be deducted from the customer’s refund or store credit (if applicable).
If the shipment is abandoned or destroyed by customs due to non-payment, no refund or replacement will be issued.

By placing an order, you agree to accept responsibility for all customs duties and taxes and acknowledge that refusal to pay them may result in additional charges or forfeiture of your order.

Should you opt to decline/reject delivery due to customs fees, a return fee will be subtracted from your refund/store credit to account for return shipping as a result of your refusal. This policy is firm.
