Returns are accepted for change of mind, size, and style adjustments for an EXCHANGE only within 30 days of the shipping date.
The item/s must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged in brand new condition with all original tags and packaging. If not, return will be rejected and returned at your expense.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
- To start a return, click here and use your email to enter your history purchases. Provide us with reason for return as well as a custom note if you are after an exchange or store credit. Once approved by our team, you can successfully ship the item back to us. Our return shipping address will be provided on our returns form once you have been approved.
- Failure to include custom note will issue a decline on your return request.
- Inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as we will not accept any items returned worn or damaged in any way. Ensure all items received are sent back in original packaging. Failure to do this will result in the shipment being sent back to you and you request to be denied.
- Return your package to the address specified on the returns form. Consider utilising a registered post service for the return shipment and maintaining tracking details. We are not responsible for lost items.
COST OF RETURNS
Australian Returns:
Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, we do not provide pre-paid return labels. Any costs involved will not be reimbursed. Our return shipping address will be provided on our returns form which is available once your request has been accepted by our team.
International Returns:
Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, we do not provide pre-paid return labels. Any costs involved will not be reimbursed. Our return shipping address will be provided on our returns form which is available once your request has been accepted by our team.
For our USA or Canadian customers, We recommend returning items via standard shipping at your local post office such as USPS or Canada Post. The First Class Package International Service with USPS takes 10-20 business days to arrive back to us and costs roughly $20-30 USD.
This return shipping method is a suggestion only and prices may vary. You may use any other preferred method of your choice. If you choose to use your own shipping method we recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. We will not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned.

We recommend returning items via standard shipping at your local post office.
AUSTRALIA EXCHANGES:
All AU exchanges will incur an additional $12 process & shipping fee, this covers the cost of shipping your new item back to you. (Please note that prepaid return satchels/labels cannot be included/accepted in your return shipment)
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:
International exchanges will incur an additional $12 USD process & shipping fee, this covers the cost of shipping your new item back to you. Exchanges are shipped via Australia Post Standard Shipping with Tracking. Delivery is expected 6-10 business days after the package ships. (Please note that prepaid return satchels/labels cannot be included/accepted in your return shipment)

RETURN TO SENDER CHARGE (AUS CUSTOMERS):
If you fail to collect your parcel or you have put in an incorrect address and your order is sent back to us. You will be charged a fee of $25-30 which will cover the RTS cost that we are charged and to get the shipment resent back to you.
RETURN TO SENDER CHARGE (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS):
If you fail to collect your parcel or you have put in an incorrect address and your order is sent back to us. You will be charged a fee of $25-30USD which will cover the RTS cost that we are charged and to get the shipment resent back to you.
STORE CREDIT:
A Store credit will be in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide with no expiry date.
RETURNS TIMELINE
We try to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged item, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately with a photo so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual happy outcome.
Faulty items need to be emailed and returned back within 7 days of receiving.
Any faults that occur after 2 months will not be accepted.
**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced**
AFTER PAY RETURNS
If you choose to return an After Pay order, Please note; your personal agreement with After pay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. You will be issued a store credit for the sum of the returned item that you can use to purchase your desired piece!
SHIPPING PROTECTION:
We offer Shipping Protection at checkout for $1.99. This will cover all parcel loss, damage, and theft. If you decide not to purchase Shipping Protection at the checkout, We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
